Lightbulb Actonaair A/C problem - no warm air

Last two nights i have noticed that my A/C does not blow a warm air into the rooms. On control panel all seems to be working fine no warning lights. I have no idea how this is constructed but i'm suspecting a heating element somewhere got burned out. Would it be under my roof or outside where the main unit is? Is it easy to replace and where do i buy a spare parts? any other suggestions and possible testing are welcome.

Is it still able to blow COLD air as normal?
have you checked all the filters?
Does it appear the vents channeling the hot air are opening correctly into the room?

reverse cycle air con (if that's what you have) don't have heating elements, technically they don't add hot air, they remove cold air, feel the fan on the motor and feel how cold the air is its expelling outside

I assume this is a ducted reverse cycle A/C system from ActronAir? If so, there are no heating elements, just a heat pump.
As Gordon suggested, check whether the unit still functions in cooling mode.
You need to go outside to check whether the compressor is running.
