Any help ??
Machine: MacBook
OS: Lion 10.7.3
Browser: Chrome Version 45.0.2454.85 (64-bit)
Have searched and searched for days for ways to remove DNS Unlocker, including here, with no luck.
Best solution i have found is just default the browser back (reset)
This works for about 20minutes, then DNS Unlocker ads and redirects are back.
Malwarebytes never finds DNS Unlocker (despite what some web pages say)
DNS Unlocker is not found in Extensions of the Chrome browser either (as some people say it is)
DNS Unlocker has not changed my machines DNS address to theirs either.
AdBlock does nothing either, i'm almost of the opinion it injects DNS Unlocker in the first place.
Even entering the Google DNS of 8.8.8.8 and Resetting the Browser, Deleting Cache and running CCleaner, does not remove the redirected infection.
Its there the very next time you open Chrome.
Any ideas?

In hindsight I should have posted my Facebook status as: "I've blown the head gasket on my 1997 XR3i" rather than "I've just buggered a 14 year old escort".
The police still haven't seen the funny side, my lap top's been confiscated and the wife has gone off to her mum's.
Not sure, i have come across many sites with "Claimed" removal programs, the sites generally have more pop-ups on them than a normal site, which has me concerned its just another scam.
Was kind of hoping for something that was "terminal based"... Everything else just seems possible further trouble.

Sorry mate, I use Macs at work, but really not a Mac fan - haven't invested any real time in them

No probs mate.
Installing Ghostery as an Extension for Chrome will stop the DNS Unlocker Pop-ups and Redirects, but it actually doesn't remove the cause of the problem.
Judging by this guys troubles removing DNS Unblocker from a Windows machine, its no easy task.
