Original firmware for strong 4930

Need Original firmware for strong 4930 please could somebody point me in the right direction thanks

Not sure how original it is.

It's the only one on the Strong AU website for that model.

is it a 4930 or a 4930L?? 2 different models and firmware is not the same

I have copies of 1.11 and 1.13 if that's any help. Not original firmware, but earlier than the 1.14 currently available on the Strong website.

Have you tried contacting technical support at Strong Australia?
