Volkswagon...in serious trouble

I wonder if this shake up in the Auto Industry, started by the Emissions Software cheat, will have our regulating bodies looking at all areas more closely now?
Mostly pertaining to, what a Vehicle Manufacturer quotes and what is Actual.

Its about time they all had their wings clipped a bit i think.
Advertised figures like:
Power
Torque
Economy

Should have to be proven, not just quoted by the Manufacturer.

Replace belt, set timing, engine runs like new again.

For the most part, Honda don't build those type of engines:

"Honda• Except 3.0L & 3.2L Interference
• 3.0L & 3.2L Non-Interference"

My neighbour is a mechanic and he says never by a car with an 'o' and/or 'o' sound in it. Peugeot, Renault (pronounced Renno), Citroen, Volvo, Volkswagon, Skoda..... He rattled off heaps in 3 seconds lol

Ive been watching a few new BMW 320D models being driven friskely lately....every time the drivers floor it at the lights, clouds of smoke.....so much so that if it was petrol it would have been taken off the road in seconds, following drivers wait a few seconds for the smoke to clear before they can take off.....

It shows the VW testing and They tested a 2015 Opel vehicle and it failed emissions legislation , watch this space for sure
