    Default My client had an armed robbery need some help

    I have a client with a 16 ch pc capture card using hcft software the files are in .dim, .idx and .box format they have lost the manual and software I was wondering if anybody has them or know how to read the files in the meantime I will keep searching the net

    Open the machine and get the name and part/model numbers off the capture card installed.

    BTW found out it is a hicap card about 5 years old would some screen shots help?

    Ok the HICAP Card is made by Comart Systems, like the Geovision. Looking for software now. Will keep you posted.

    It is a hicap50 have got the viewer now am trying to find the right manual have the video files on mem stick so hope I can convert them to a format the police can use thanks very much for the help
