CAUGHT at Dunedoo this afternoon but the property owner where they were caught hasnt been seen recently and at this time, fears are held for his safety.
I wonder which way they went from the last sightings in the South to get to Dunedoo, not past here I hope !!!

Father and Son appeared in Dubbo Court this morning each facing 17 charges including one of Murder.
Details on the Murder are fairly scant but it appears the Property Owner whose body was found in a 'shallow grave', died more than a week but less than a month ago so during one of their 'disappearances' in the Southern Regions, it would seem they went to the property near Dunedoo and stayed there long enough to inter the body but how many times and which visit the property owners death occurred hasnt been stated.
Both were remanded in custody and although not sought, Bail was refused and both were to be transferred to Wellington to be assessed before being sent on to a suitable Prison until they appear again in Court to answer the charges laid against them.
Although some may have seen these two with grudging admiration for thumbing their noses at the Law for eight years, if it is proven either or both caused this persons death should remove any such 'admiration' if there was any and place them as the plain common lowlife they actually are.

As a follow after their appearance in Court, it is now known the deceased was not the property ownr but a Caretaker and was 'Known to the Father and Son' and it has been suggested his uncalled for Death was the result of him not wanting them there as he 'Didnt want Police attention' as he had been involved in 'Criminal Activerty' but nothing was said if he still was or not.
The Lawyers should make a 'Motza' out of this as the Legal team for Defense has requested that they be given 3 months to prepare a 'Brief' such is the volume of paper work involved.
Also I gather the current list of 17 charges against each is only relating to offenses occurring in NSW with the possibilty of more to be added to either man.
