got a c3000 and main panel not powering up.fault led two
is on.fuses good power correct any idea...

Make sure the RAM chip is pushed on tight. What do you mean not powering up if the LED is on obviously there is power from somewhere. Do you mean the LAN is not powered.

Yer lan dead correct ac power going to panel.16v ac

If your not getting any power to the LAN at all I'd check the LAN fuse first off.
