AUSTECH.info is hosted in USA - to be precise by Cogswell Enterprises in Chicago, Illinois, United States.
In the USA, dates are traditionally written in the "MM/DD/YYYY" order.
2)
In future I'll use YYYY-MM-DD date format according to ISO 8601. Hope you then can read it.
