Cool How do you start your day?

Well i'm far from a healthy person LOL, I usually start mine with a good strong cuppa tea and a cigarette, some mornings a round of toast or a feed of eggs and bacon but very rarely, I then venture inside to the computer to see what new crap is happening in the world, then head out to my workshop and do some work

In hindsight I should have posted my Facebook status as: "I've blown the head gasket on my 1997 XR3i" rather than "I've just buggered a 14 year old escort".
The police still haven't seen the funny side, my lap top's been confiscated and the wife has gone off to her mum's.

...with a usually successful sitting on the throne.

Then I start preparing for the next mornings sitting with a concoction of cornflakes, lotsa berries (some frozen, some dried, some from the garden when available), plain greek yogurt, cacao nibs and chia seeds soaked in plenty of milk.

If I eat anything other than this in the morning I get tired in the day and heartburn.

Down the beach before sunrise, stretching, swimming, soccer practise, badminton, push ups, sit up
Then home for some Pho and of to work.

Oh sorry, that wasn't me, but it was 200 Vietnamese each and every morning where i was just staying.
It made me realise why they are so healthy, fit and strong... Life long lives and us Westerns just race towards Heart Disease and Cancer like its some kind of competition to see who will get there first!

Has opened my eyes to how lazy we are here.
Self included with my 2 coffees, cooked breaky, laptop and couch

First up a visit to the throne room to empty my bladder, then to the kitchen to re-fill it with coffee whilst I catch up with what's happening in Internet Land. Depending up what phone calls or appointments are scheduled determines what happens next. Today it was off to the city for the Mrs to have an unscheduled procedure (which turned out far better than it could have) and then a visit to her cardiologist followed by visit to the hospital pharmacy. We then went to visit my sister in her new unit on the other side of the city only to return home about 8pm. I then cooked tea, made sure the HDD that I recovered was still working and placed it back into service, then on here to see how life is going in Austech land.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

Aaaah, that's disappointing, I thought you'd ditched those mate....

For me, a large glass of cold water followed by my poo food (vitabrits and psyllium husk), a juice then coffee. Like Godzilla, I have never had an appetite in the morning, but these days I have to have the gruel. Later on bacon and eggs or a variant for brunch.

Half the juice of a lemon in warm water, take the dog for a run and do my morning run. Eat fruit in season, currently 4 kiwi fruit, have home made toast, avocado, tomato's and sometimes home ground peanut butter, baked black back salmon or flathead on toast. That's it until the evening when have a light vegetable or salad meal. Spend my day working round the farm, in the workshop or traveling.

Somewhere between 4 and 5 I'm up and about. Usually have a bowl of cereal then out for an hour or so exercise - 6k walkies or a 25k pushie ride, then a cuppa while tooling around on the internet (ie right now!) then a couple of hours later off to work.

usually wake up at 5 , watch a bit of news till about 6 . have a cereal based brekkie with a cup of tea and various fruits. then go a short pushbike ride to the beach ( perve at all the fit chickie babes ) . shower , catch up with internet stuff then spend time in the shed tinkering with stuff.
read a bit at lunchtime then go for an afternoon push or motorbike ride to the beach.

i occaisionally look for a part time job but i prefer being a casual on call , anything else would spoil my hard earned lifestyle.

Sounds like a shift workers thing too, except I gave up the coffin nails years ago.

Up at 5am, 3km run then back home, shower , full nutritional breakfast.

Oh, hang on, thats what some ironman would do.

Crawl out of bed, takes some pills, turn on the TV, drink a coffee while watching who has shot who in Western Sydney and Northern Melbourne overnight (that fills in an hour), follow that with another coffee, and then another coffee.

I will then try and deal with the days disasters, which will no doubt involve more coffee.
