Default Signal hunting 0 - someone with a big dish

I'm looking for someone to point a very large dish, say 3m mesh OR a greater than 1.2m solid at Telstar 18 with a KU Lnb from Eastern Oz, preferably south-ish.

I want to know if some if any Quality signal is picked up for: 12429 H PID 41250, and 12690 H PID 43200.

I pointed my ex-foxtel offset dish at this bird on the weekend and my sat finder was beeping on and off as clouds passed by. Long shot I know, but just curious. Obviously I can get C-band from T 18 so I can see it, so surely some of the KU beam should spread out?
    Ta.

It would have to be a pretty poor signal for the clouds to block it, heavy rain yes, snow even but simple cloud cover?
I am a couple of hundred K's north of you and had 10/10th you cant see across the road cover and never lost a signal yet.
I stand unequivicably behind everything I say , I just dont ever remember saying it !!

sorry, only C-band on the big dish here Matt
judging from the footprint I would doubt any reception at all though
some of those beeping sat finders are great for finding false positives
