Samsung UA46D6000 Fault

Hi Guys,

What are your thoughts about the fault in the below pic.



I have replaced the t-con with no change.

The lines are always in the same location however will flicker and frequently flashes across 4 5ths of the whole screen.
Appears to worsen as the TV warms up.

My guess is the panel.
I have check all ribbon cables going direct to the panel itself and I could create any change in the pattern.

Appreciate any thoughts or help.

Power up set pull antenna if no signal is thru bars 100% certain panel, sambung panels are famous (in) for failing, they are in a lot of badged sets!
