    To cut down on spam and annoying requests, PM's can now only be sent by new users after 7 days and only if they have 10 posts.

    If it creates spam (new users posting crap to get 10 posts), I will consider taking it down to 5 posts as I know from being a member on other forums, it can be a pain, but of course we dont want members being bugged unnecessarily.
