Default how to clean or program gamma 1.6 card?

Hi, I am trying to clean and program a gamma 1.6 card, but with no luck. It gives me an atr of 3B 9F ------ 9E at the end. I has a hsn, provid's, and coco. Ive tried many programs, such as emk 3.1, 3.5, 4.4a with gam files, loadme, loadme2 with bin files, etc, but no success. When I try to lock the card, it gives me an error. I have tried a usb to serial cable, and a serial to serial cable as well, both 3.57 MHz and 6 mhz.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

i think there was a program which could reanimate the card i believe it was called fmcard see if you can find that one in the upload section. not sure if it will work but worth looking into maybe. If its there and u do use it take caution as it could ruin the card if you do the wrong thing. use at your own risk if its the correct program i am thinking of.

    cheers

To my knowledge, FMCard was used only with "conventional" (original) Irdeto subscriber cards.

I have not heard of it being used with any other cards, including gamma cards.

    Correct.

As for the gamma, you are using a 3.5 crystal?

I believe its not a European gamma 1.6, its an Australian gamma 1.6, I was told it cant be cleaned, but it can be programmed, and takes .gam files but of different command structure.
I had another card (the same as this one), and the guy loaded another file onto it (a chinese package with a finished hsn), and he said that it is a .gam file, just of different structure.
I was just wondering what type of command structure that these Australian gamma 1.6 cards accept?

There are many threads relating to gamma cards.

I suggest that you do a SEARCH of the forum and then read ALL posts in those threads.

You might find something to point you in the right direction.

I don't recall any difference between "European" or "Australian" Gamma cards. I had a number of Gamma cards [purchased in UK] that I had used for Foxtel that I eventually disposed of on Ebay. One purchaser emailed me files for a European service that I was able to write to his card for him. He emailed me to tell me that it worked fine on his service.
I kept all my card programmes on a seperate hard drive [run as a slave] which I still have. You may be able to make use of it. It ran on an old computer running Windows ME: I recall that quite a few of these programmes did not run successfully on later operating systems. I still have the primary hard drive with ME on it. There are also several cards - Gold, Silver, Fun and one lonely Gamma. There are Jaycar Mk1 and Phoenix [Elvis?] programmers with power supplies. Send me a PM if any of this is of interest to you.

You could load a .gam file to a gamma card ....... & do other things ...... but as far as I know no-one has any working files ..... or working details ...... (so it won't work if you do ?)

When I reset the card, I get the following information in gamma loader 3.1 (gup):

    atr: 3B 9F 21 0E 49 52 44 45 54 4F 20 41 43 53 20 56 35 2E 33 9E : Irdeto ATR
    hsn: 6F6727
    Prov00: 0405F0
    Prov01: FFFFFF
    ascii serial: 41601234564
    coco: UBI

The card was used for TV plus.
The hsn is dead, so I think that I am able to post it.

The card won't clean, wont lock, and doesn't want to accept any .gam files, it always gives me an emm message of "emm not accepted".
Its like it wont accept anything, unless I am using wrong .gam files?
Nearly all of the .gam files that I have tried were public ones which wont go on. Anyone have any non public Australian gam files so I can try?

I also have a gamma 1.4 card, and in contrast all of the files go on.
And I know that there are no new working gam files, but I wouldn't mined knowing what files are needed to program this gamma 1.6 card.

    Thanks everyone for helping.

It's probably not a gamma card. Maybe a sellers card or pl1.

Its not an original gamma card because it doesn't want to accept .gam files.
Its not a pl1 because it doesn't accept bin files with panda loader (loadme.exe or loadme2.exe).
    Its not a pl2/3 because it doesn't accept .pl2 files with all_loader.exe.

    What are the other options?
    Sellers card?
Aren't sellers cards the same as pl1, pl2, pl3's, just some people like o call them sellers cards, and some people like to call them pl1, pl2, pl3 cards? or are they different?

Or could it be a fake gamma card? where some people have made there own version of the gamma card, by dumping the OS, and writing it on a AT90sc7272c card, and that's why its not responding properly to gam files?

    Any thoughts? Thanks.

I don't think its a titanium card as I have already tried to program it with the t3 loader, but no success.
Also I don't think its a red dragon card, as when I try to program the card with the dragon card loader, it says "no card detected"

When I use "besttt loader v5.1" and click on 'check atr', it says "gamma card with v5.3 gamma file", but that's as far as I can get.
Also on "The Last Drakkar", when I read the card, it says "gamma emulation detected".
