just wondering wht the aussie os command suppose to do ?
i couldnt check it out coz i have an old icescraper

just for curiosity what will happen when u click on it ....it will generate another file ..or write a file to the card .. or .......?!!!!!

my old icescraper is dead NO atr , is till have one of those 1.04
i always get erorr ..

i would love to get suprised ...but it look not this time ..

It depends on what sat you have your stb tuned into,connect stb via com port on your pc,with gamma in a phoenix of another port,
Run 3.5, it will cache all the info into a "aussie o/s" file and write to the gamma.Once you have it worked out it's quite simple.
The "key" here is to read all you can and experiment.
All if all else fails, check members signatures for "Frankston" location.

the reply on one of the post say plug in your stb via com port ,card in cas 3 on another com port to update the hsn with 3.5.i must have it wrong.i always thought card reader on com port and stb via ethernet.

I'd take a look at the edit reason in post #5.
some people(like myself) find it ammusisng to give others false hope.
But it never hurts to experiment.
If things don't work you can't really break them can you?
Great way to learn.
