Valet VA 5000 Burglar Alarm System

Hi all,

Was wondering if anyone can help with documentation (besides the Owner Manual which is crap) for the Valet VA 5000 Burglar Alarm System. The manual makes mention of an optional dialler and VA 6000 Radio Remote Control system.

Also, does anyone know if this was made by Valet or made for Valet by another company?

If you have any docs on this unit, I would appreciate if you could share.

The system is very old. I don't think you would still be able to parts for it.
Better of to upgrade the alarm system.

Look at a Bosch or Hills alarm system.

Good to see that the installation manual for that thing is still on the manufacturer's website!

Whilst I do appreciate the replies, it's not really the answer I am looking for. I contacted Valet (now owned by Ness since 2010) however they don't have any information on this unit and the ownership of Valet has changed twice so information is non-existent.

If anyone has any further information, it would be appreciated.

What exactly is the information you are looking for then?
