Default Missing Plugin and where do I find it?

I have a new Galaxy Tab3 and in an email I received was a link to a video (not Youtube) and when I tried to open the video I got a message saying a 'Plug in was needed' .
Youtube is installed on the Galaxy and it works normally.
I have run the video on the desk top ok so it does work but where and how do I find whatever plugin is needed for the Galaxy?
I have clicked, swept, swore and cursed to no avail.
The video originates from a Scandanavian country so I cant read the details of it.
Any ideas what and what I need for this 'plugin'?

The more gadgets we get the more problems we seem to create !!

As you possess a Galaxy Tab 3, why don't you look for appropriate information (using Google) at one of the Galaxy tablet related forums, such as Galaxy Tab Forum at . (Don't let the name mislead you as there is a Tab 3 section).

My Google search found what appears to be a relevant thread at , which then leads to .

I hope that this solves your current problem.

    Please advise if it does.

I read those sites and found in Google shop what little seems to be available, so I downloaded the Adobe APP which is advertised as being both the reader and Flash but it appears to me to be only a PDF reader as the email still didnt open so I installed an APP called Photon Flash and that does work albeit a bit of a fiddle to get it going to run any video.
I couldnt see if there was a Quicktime version available but seeing that's Apple, I guess they wont promote Android O/S.

I have Adobe Flash Player 11.1.11.1.115.17 installed. Also Adobe AIR 3.8.0.87. And not to forget SmartSWF 1.38. Can play any flash videos in flv and/or swf format.

Latest flash is 11.1.115.69. You can test what version you are running at

If your flash tests OK you might be trying to watch a video thats using the Microsoft Silverlight plugin. I have not found a work around for that on my Galaxy Note 10.1".
Also I noticed Silverlight updated on my tin box early in the week when trying to play a video on Biography.com.

If the video is not private post the link so other people can try to view it.

Well. I did consider posting the link but although according to the details, it was shown on Finnish TV and is in Finnish but the link comes from a Spanish website called Mibrujula.com.
This site seems to be a bit like Yahoo with News clips from around the world in Spanish.

Thats not the half of it as from what I can make of the 'report', it details (graphically) the depilation (removal) of pubic hair using a Laser devise on a quite charming and naked woman......so some may find this video not suitable for General Exhibition...
I must say in defence of this clip after having seen a few episodes of the UK quasi medical show 'Embarrassing Bodies' on Foxtel, it is certainly NOT pornographic.

Now if I can remember what this post was about, I will see what else is available and try and get the version of Adobe to run 'Flash'.
